| Making their first visit to Worksop, directed by Greg Wright and with
organ and string quartet accompaniment, the 50-voice Choir offers
‘’Choral Greats’ - favourite choruses ranging from
Vivaldi’s Gloria to Vaughan Williams’ Old Hundredth. Formed 113 years
ago, the Society performs major concerts in Lincoln Cathedral, the most recent
being the Magnificats of Bach and Rutter. |
